Frio Frigo Whole Mushrooms

Frio Frigo mushrooms are easy to use. The small round mushrooms turn your dish into something special. Sauté the mushrooms for five minutes in a hot wok with a little oil and add meat or fish, vegetables and flavorings. The mushrooms are ideal for casseroles and sauces. Even cold, the mushrooms are delicious. Cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes in bouillon, let them cool and mix them into a salad.

Preparation:
1. For meat and fish dishes: add the frozen mushrooms directly to the hot pan. Use as fresh mushrooms.
2. In soups and sauces: add the frozen mushrooms during the last five to seven minutes to the soup or sauce.
3. In salads: heat the frozen mushrooms for about 2 minutes in boiling water, drain and let cool, then add to the salad.
